I was really pleased with the wig when it arrived. It came in a box with a wig brush and fishnet wig cap. Mine arrived with a wavy texture instead of being straight but, it's an easy fix considering the wig is heat resistant. It's pretty accurate to the stock photos but, the black portion is only placed at the front of the wig and although it never claims to be ombre, I was expecting something more like that. I'm not disappointed though, the quality of this wig is lovely. It's thick and doesn't tangle easily. I did type up my address incorrectly and shipping should have only taken a few days through FedEx but, there was a little delay. Donalovehair was really kind in working between me and FedEx to ensure my wig arrived safely. I'm satisfied with the wig and company!
